Waves and windy conditions can put additional strain on dock lines. These conditions put your boat in constant motion causing dock lines to chafe against chocks and rails and numerous other points of contact. Adding rubber chafe guards can extend the life of your dock lines by putting protection right where it is needed. These 14″ rubber guards slide over the dock lines and can be positioned at the chocks, rub rails, anchor rollers or anywhere dock line can contacts a potential wear point. Included ties lock the chafe guard in place, but can be un-tied to be re-positioned for different docking situations.
